I recently caught up with Hank Wasiak, who co-authored the new book Change The Way You See Yourself.
One of the more interesting topics for job hunters that this book offers is the concept of “Asset Based Thinking”. Using this approach will have the potential to have more people drawn to you, persuading others and letting others persuade you and having your circles of influence multiply.
This almost sounds like ad copy for LinkedIn.
I spoke with Hank about this as well as other areas in their (the other co-author is Dr. Kathryn D. Cramer) book that could be useful for job hunters in today’s economy.
